Weather won’t stop Redsfest weekend

CINCINNATI — Just like playing a baseball game in a domed stadium, Redsfest will go on regardless of the weather.

While cold weather, rain, ice and snow are all in the forecast, the Cincinnati Reds will host their annual Redsfest weekend Friday and Saturday at the Duke Energy Convention Center.

A number of Reds’ players, coaches and team officials will be on hand to meet with fans.

Tickets for FOX Sports Ohio Redsfest — presented by PNC — are on sale now at reds.com, by phone at (513) 381-REDS, at the Great American Ball Park ticket windows and at Ticketmaster outlets that include select Kroger stores

The annual fan festival will be held from 3-to-10:30 p.m. Friday and 11 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Saturday.

One-day tickets are $17 for adults and $7 for kids 12 and younger. Two–day tickets are $25 for adults and $12 for kids.

The annual Reds Community Fund Celebrity Poker Tournament is Saturday at 4 p.m., with side games starting at 3 p.m. First prize is guaranteed at $11,000.
