ASHLAND, Ky. — Beulah Mae Wood Salisbury Kopca, 89, of Ashland, died Wednesday, March 17, 2010, at the Community Hospice Care Center. Graveside services are at 3 p.m. today at the Catlettsburg Cemetery by Minister Debbie Harper. Arrangements were by Preston Family Funeral Home, Ashland.
