GALENA PARK, Texas — Shirley Jane Ratliff, 64, of Galena Park, died Saturday, Jan. 23, 2010, at her home. She was born April 18, 1945, in Houston, a daughter of the late Amos and Elsie Ratliff. She was a former employee of the Galena Park School District.
She is survived by one brother, Henry Ratliff; one nephew and his wife, Thomas Henry and Kathy Ratliff; two half sisters, Mary Alice Coriell and Margaret S. Rose; and one aunt, Georgia Shipley. A graveside service will be held Tuesday at Sunset Memorial Gardens, Wheelersburg with the Rev. Jim Orrick officiating. There will be no visitation. Tracy Brammer Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
