GREENUP, Ky. — Joel Alan Merchant, 53, died Monday, Jan. 11, 2010, at his residence. Funeral will be 1 p.m. Thursday at Carman Funeral Home in Flatwoods. Burial will follow in Bellefonte Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be 6-8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
