Thanks to the success of the Lawrence County’s Most Wanted, the Adult Probation Agency is scraping the barrel to find active warrants on defendants who have stopped reporting.

But the agency still needs help and is encouraging citizens to call and report tips on the whereabouts of this week’s ofenders.

This week’s list of Lawrence County’s Most Wanted are:

Mark A. Dowdy, 53, last known to be living in Portsmouth. He is on probation for a driving under the influence conviction. He failed to report to the adult probation department, prompting a warrant to be issued. He is 5 feet 10 inches tall and weighs 220 pounds. He has brown/grey hair and green eyes.

James H. Ratliff, 60, last known to be living in Chesapeake. He is on probation for possession of crack and obstruction official business convictions. He failed to report to the adult probation department, prompting a warrant to be issued. He is 5 feet 11 inches tall and weighs 250 pounds. He has brown hair and brown eyes.

Jillian Smith, 31, last known to be living in Huntington, W.Va. She is on probation for receiving stolen property and forgery convictions. She failed to report to the adult probation department, prompting a warrant to be issued. She is 5 feet 6 inches tall and weighs 125 pounds. She has black hair and blue eyes.

Michelle Bleigh, 35, last known to be living in Huntington, W.Va. She is on probation for an illegal processing of drug documents conviction. She failed to report to the adult probation department, prompting a warrant to be issued. She is 5 feet 2 inches tall and weighs 145 pounds. She has blond hair and green eyes.
