GRAYSON, Ky. — Charles Layne “Shank” Felty, 69, of Grayson, died Tuesday, Dec. 15, 2009, at his residence. Graveside services will be 2:30 p.m. Thursday at Burton Family Cemetery. Military rites will be conducted by the East Carter JROTC.
Visitation will be 1-2 p.m. Thursday at Sparks Funeral Home.
