FLATWOODS, Ky. — Judith Ann Boggs Pratt, 64, of Flatwoods, died Nov. 24, 2009, in Seattle, Wash. Funeral will be at 1 p.m. Thursday at Grace United Methodist Church, Russell, Ky. Burial will be in Bellefonte Memorial Gardens. Visitation is 11 a.m. to 1 p .m. at the church. Carman Funeral Home, Flatwoods is in charge of arrangements.
