TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (AP) — A Florida State spokesman has confirmed that football players Chris Casher and Ronald Darby are still enrolled and on the team after a discipline board ruled on charges of violations of the school’s Code of Conduct.

The two faced charges after they told police they witnessed sex between quarterback Jameis Winston and a woman who accused him of raping her in December 2012. Casher told police he video-recorded a portion, but deleted the footage.

The conduct board had 10 days to make a recommendation to the Dean of the Students after the hearing on May 20. Wednesday was the 10th business day.

The university did not provide details of the ruling, citing privacy laws. The accuser’s lawyer John Clune released a statement saying she is “generally satisfied” with the result.
