SOUTH POINT — State Rep. Ryan Smith will have a representative in Lawrence County on Friday to answer constituent’s questions.

Taylor Stepp will be at the Lawrence County Economic Corp offices, located at 216 Collins Ave., South Point, from 1:30-2:30 p.m.
