Merrel Gene Miller, Jr., 64, of Proctorville, husband of Marilyn Marlene Hayes Miller, died Tuesday, April 21, 2015, at the Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House, Huntington, West Virginia. Funeral service will be at noon Friday at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory in Proctorville by pastor David Fairburn. Burial will follow in Miller Memorial Gardens.
