Man accused of tossing flammable substance at man

HUNTINGTON, W.Va. (AP) — A Virginia man has been charged with throwing a flammable substance at another man inside a Huntington bar.

Local media outlets reported 37-year-old James Adam Logan of Pearisburg, Virginia, was charged with attempted murder, arson and being a fugitive from justice.

A criminal complaint filed in Cabell County Magistrate Court says Logan threw an unknown substance at another man inside the bar Friday night. No one was injured.

Upon arriving at the scene, officers discovered that Logan had an outstanding arrest warrant.

He was being held in the Western Regional Jail. Jail records didn’t indicate whether Logan has an attorney.
