HUNTINGTON, W.Va. — The Tri-State Youth Orchestra String Section and Youth Strings will present their annual fall concert on Saturday, Oct 16.

The combined orchestras from Huntington High and Cabell Midland High will present their annual Halloween Concert in the CMHS Auditorium on Thursday, Oct. 28 at 8:30 p.m. Middle school string students will join the orchestras for some holiday songs. Come hear Halloween at CMHS. Doors open at 7:30 p.m. and is free to the public.

Auditions for brass winds and percussion students for the Tri-State Youth orchestra will be Nov. 4, from 6:30-8:30 p.m. in the basement of ARTS Renaissance Center on Eighth Street and 10th Avenue in Huntington.

Those auditioning will be expected to perform a prepared piece, scales and sight read.
