Paul Johnson Sr.

Aug. 22, 1938 — Feb. 17, 2018

Paul M. “Porky” Johnson Sr., 79, of Ironton, passed away Saturday, Feb. 17, 2018, at his residence. The Ironton native was born Aug. 22, 1938, to the late Asa Morris and Catherine “Hurst” Johnson.
Paul attended Hanging Rock schools and was an iron pourer for the Dayton Malleable for 20-plus years. He was also a member of the USTA Horse Association.
In addition to his parents Mr. Johnson was preceded in death: a stepson, Tommy Pinkerman; and two sisters, Ann Riley and Mary Bryant.
He is survived by a son, Paul M. Johnson Jr.; five daughters, Helen Ferguson, of Ironton, Trina Pulver, of Lansing, Michigan, and Jennifer Sweeney and Melinda and Melissa Johnson; two stepdaughters, Paula Hart and Judy, of Kentucky; one brother, Alfred Johnson, of Ironton; one sister, Sandy Wheaton, of Michigan; and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren

Kara Nicole Ferguson, 32, of Reynoldsburg, died Sunday, Feb. 18, 2018.

Linda Sexton

Linda Lou Sexton, 78, of Lancaster, died Sunday, Feb. 18, 2018, at Pickaway Manor Rehabilitation Center, Circleville.
A graveside service will be 11 a.m. Saturday at Rome Cemetery, Proctorville. Burial will follow. There will be no visitation. Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, is assisting the family with arrangements.

Alynda Crank

Alynda Rae Owens Crank, 69, of Proctorville, died Wednesday, Feb. 21, 2018, at the Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House, Huntington, West Virginia.
Funeral service will be 11 a.m. Saturday at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville. Burial will follow in Sugar Creek Cemetery, Ironton.

Samantha Polito-Adkins

Samantha E. Polito-Adkins, 46, of Willow Wood, died Friday, Feb. 16, 2018. She is survived by her husband, Bob Adkins.
