Ironton High School free athletic physicals will be conducted by King’s Daughters Sports Medicine on Monday, May 21, at Ironton High School.
Youths should check in by 11:30 a.m. No appointment is necessary. Physicals will be conducted from 9 a.m. to noon.
Athletic physicals are for student athletes and cheerleaders ages 13-19.
Students will receive a state-mandated athletic physical. A parent or guardian must be present to provide consent. Forms must be completed in ink.
