Brian Gollihugh

Jerry Brian Gollihugh, 58, of Ohio Furnace, passed away Saturday, Oct. 6, 2018, at his residence. The Lawrence County native was born March 25, 1960, a son of Helen L. Stapleton Gollihugh, of Ohio Furnace, and the late Jerry Wesley Gollihugh. He is also survived by his wife of 17 years, Janette Hutchinson Gollihugh.
Brian was a graduate of Green Township High School and attended Ohio Furnace Baptist Church. He loved to tinker around in the garage, doing yard work, cutting grass, trimming the shrubs and planting flowers. He also loved doing woodwork projects, painting and hanging wallpaper. He was a certified journeyman machinist for many years.
In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by a daughter, Sarah Kay Gollihugh.
In addition to his mother and wife, he is survived by two sons, Jeremy Wesley Gollihugh and Jacob Matthew Gollihugh, both of Ironton; a sister, Connie Campbell, of Wheelersburg; a brother-in-law, Grant Campbell, of Wheelersburg; and a niece, Shelli (Tom) Waltz, of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
Funeral services were 2 p.m. Thursday at Phillips Funeral Home, Ironton, with pastor Gary Arthurs officiating. Burial followed in Buckeye Cemetery, and visitation was 1 p.m. until the time of the service Thursday at the funeral home. Lucy Koerper

Lucy Renee Koerper, 56, of Ironton, passed away Tuesday, Oct. 9, 2018. She was a daughter of the late Billy and Gracie L. Yates Koerper.
She was preceded in death by William Koerper and Gregory Koerper.
She is survived by her fiancé, Walter Cooper; brother, Victor Koerper; sister, Lita Dalton, of Ironton; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Saturday at Tracy Brammer-Monroe Funeral Home, Ironton, with John Abrams officiating. Burial will follow in Woodland Cemetery and visitation will be 11 a.m. until the time of the service Saturday at the funeral home.
