Rosemary Brown

Rosemary Brown, 85, of Ironton, died on Tuesday Feb. 18, 2020, at Kings Daughters Medical Center.

She was born in Ironton, the daughter of the late David and Vesta Crum Thomas.

She was a member of First United Methodist Church and retired from Cox Cable Company.

She was proceeded by her husband, Ernest Brown; and one brother, Orville Thomas.

Survivors include one son, John (Wanda) Brown; two daughters and sons-in-law, Cheryl (Jim) Lawson and Katie (Chuck) Walters; grandchildren, Ben Wheeler, Sam Wheeler, Nathan Brown, Mark (Shea) Walters, Sam (Kat) Wheeler; two great-grandchildren, Cammy Wheeler and Finn Walters; and one sister, Margret Collier.

Funeral will be 2 p.m. Saturday at the O’Keefe Baker Funeral Home with Rev. Sam Peters officiating. Visitation will be noon–2 p.m. Saturday. Burial will be in Woodland Cemetery.

Della Lewis

June 18, 1930– Feb. 17, 2020

Della Mae Lewis, 89, of New Lebanon, went home on Monday, Feb. 17, 2020.

She was born in Olive Hill, Kentucky, to her parents, Sammy and Bertha (Jordan) Bentley on June 18, 1930.

Visitation will be held from 11 a.m.-noon with funeral service to begin at 1 p.m. on Monday at Rogers Funeral Home, New Lebanon, with Pastor Bryan Harry officiating. Interment will follow the service at Trissel Cemetery.

Helen Shafer

Helen Louise Shafer, 92, of Onstead, Michigan, died Tuesday, Feb. 18, 2020 at Lenawee Medical Care Facility, Adrian, Michigan.

Funeral service will be 2 p.m. Saturday at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville. Burial will follow in Perkins Ridge Cemetery, Willow Wood. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.

Marlene Lawless

Marlene Christian Lawless, 56, of Ironton, died Wednesday, Feb. 19, 2020, at her residence.

She is survived by her husband, Robert Lawless.

Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Monday at Tracy Brammer-Monroe Funeral Home, 518 S. Sixth St. Ironton, with Pastor Chuck Lawrence officiating. Burial will follow in Dock’s Creek Cemetery. Visitation will be Saturday from 11 a.m. until the time of the service at the funeral home.

Betty Wagner

Betty Jeanette (Booher) Wagner, 80, of Chesapeake, formerly a lifelong resident of Indianapolis, Indiana, died Wednesday, Feb. 19, 2020, at Community Hospice Care Center, Ashland, Kentucky.

Funeral service will be 2 p.m. Monday at Word of Life Full Gospel Church, 525 Foltz St., Indianapolis, Indiana, with Pastor Jan Vanover officiating. Burial will follow at White Lick Cemetery, Mooresville, Indiana. Friends may visit two hours prior to the service at the church.

Rena Fern (White) Fulks, 80, of Chesapeake, died Feb. 19, 2020 at Hospice House of Huntington.

She is survived by her husband, Dan Dillon Fulks.

Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Monday at Slack and Wallace Funeral Home, South Point, with Pastor Dean Fulks officiating. Burial will follow at Perkins Ridge Cemetery, Willow Wood. The family will receive visitors 4–6 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.

Ralph Webb

Ralph Donald Webb, 87, of South Point, died on Feb. 18, 2020, at Cabell Huntington Hospital, Huntington, West Virginia. He is survived by his wife, Pauline (Forbush) Webb.

A funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday at the Tracy Brammer-Monroe Funeral Home, 518 S. Sixth St., Ironton, with Pastors Todd Warner and Roger Pierce officiating. Interment will follow the service at Ice Creek Cemetery, Deering. Family will receive friends 11 a.m. until the time of the service at the funeral home.
