COAL GROVE — A diaper drive is set for Tuesday at the Coal Grove campus of Collins Career Technical Center.

According to Adam Fry, director of student services, the Collins Cares Club received a small community resilience grant from ServOhio.

“We were able to get a little money,” he said, stating they wanted to do something different from the multiple food giveaways in the county and decided to offer diapers and baby supplies. “We wanted to meet another need.”

He said the intention was to give them to families of students, but they are also allowing members of the public to sign up for now.

He said CCTC’s student services staff would be giving them out at the site, from 11 a.m.-1p.m. through curbside service.

“We’ll be keeping safe social distancing,” he said.

He said there may be more giveaways, depending on supplies.

Fry said anyone interested in signing up for the supplies can contact him at fryam@collins-cc.edu.

The Coal Grove campus is located at 120 Marion Pike.
