I would like to personally thank all the outstanding people of Operation TLC — Tidy Up Lawrence County — who helped improve the looks of Lawrence County with their cleanup projects.

It is amazing what Billie Smith, Tanya Wilson and Barbara Mannon have accomplished. They have gone above and beyond in helping Proctorville.
