ROME TOWNSHIP — The Wyngate at RiversEdge will have a holiday brunch from 10:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. on Saturday.

Santa and real reindeer will be present.

“When you think of Christmas, you think of Santa and his reindeer,” Rachel Sargent Bess, residence manager at Wyngate, said. “Instead of make-believe, we wanted to make it as real as possible so we opted for live reindeer.”

This is the first year for the event.

“All of the kids in the area are invited,” Bess said. “We sent out flyers to area daycares and schools.”

Wyngate at RiversEdge is located at 7694 County Road 107.
