14 indicted by recent grand jury

Fourteen people were indicted this week by a Lawrence County grand jury on a wide range of counts.

Kristen Burton, 42, of 1524 Beech St., Kenova, West Virginia, theft, fifth-degree felony.

Joseph Earwood, 32, of 1719 Prospect Ave., Ashland, Kentucky, receiving stolen property, fifth-degree felony.

Henry M. Runyon, 39, of 811 Township Road 161, South Point, theft, fourth-degree felony.

Jimmy L. Holbrook, 35, with a listed address of P.O. Box 657, Branchland, West Virginia, theft, first-degree misdemeanor, possessing drug abuse instruments, second-degree misdemeanor, and possession of heroin, fourth-degree felony.

Todd E. McCann, 42, of 657 County Road 119, Ironton, tampering with evidence, third-degree felony and inducing panic, first-degree misdemeanor.

Jacob Morrison, 27, of 23285 County Road 30, Kitts Hill, complicity to illegal manufacture of drugs, second-degree felony.

Michael D. Ramsey, 31, of 194 Township Road 337, Kitts Hill, illegal manufacture of drugs, second-degree felony.

David W. Barker, 39, of 54 Private Drive 53, #8A, Proctorville, possession of heroin, fifth-degree felony, and possession of drug abuse instruments, second-degree misdemeanor.

Mark A. Saxton, 43, of 911 S. 10th St., Apt. 1D, Ironton, domestic violence, fourth-degree felony.

Crystal G. Willis-Lewis, 34, of 1405 South Fourth St., Ironton, theft of a motor vehicle, fourth-degree felony, resisting arrest, second-degree misdemeanor, and failure to comply with order or signal of a police officer, third-degree felony.

Dean A. Cooper, 25, of 1210 McGovney Ave., Ironton, failure to comply with order or signal of a police officer, third-degree felony, and resisting arrest, second-degree misdemeanor.

Kurt U. Chastain, 20, of 1116 County Road 123, Chesapeake, gross sexual imposition, third-degree felony.

Darrell E. Kearns, 31, of 1126 County Road 62, Willow Wood, theft, fifth-degree felony.

Timothy P. Haynie, 34, of 435 36th St., Catlettsburg, Kentucky, burglary, second-degree felony, and possessing criminal tools, fifth-degree felony.
