Drugs, CCS violations fill docket

Several cases were heard in Lawrence County Common Pleas Judge Richard Walton’s courtroom Wednesday, the majority of which involved drugs and community controlled sanctions violations.

• Randall L. Boggs, 35, of 513 N. Sixth St., Ironton, pleaded guilty to two fourth-degree counts and one fifth-degree count of theft. Judge Richard Walton sentenced him to four years community controlled sanctions (CCS) with intensive supervised probation (ISB) with 28 months reserved, and ordered him to complete STAR and 200 hours of community service.

• Ann M. Bowen, 29, of Buffalo, West Virginia, pleaded guilty to one third-degree and one fourth-degree count of theft. Judge Walton sentenced her to four years CCS with ISP with three years reserved, and ordered her to complete STAR and 200 hours community service.

• Joseph Cunningham, 38, of 945 Ninth St. W., Huntington, West Virginia, admitted CCS violations. Judge Walton sentenced him to four years CCS with ISP with 11 months reserved, and ordered him to complete STAR and 200 hours community service.

• Kristin Depriest, 30, of 307 Township Road 169, Pedro, pleaded not guilty to one fourth-degree count of complicity to trafficking in drugs and two fourth-degree counts of trafficking in drugs. Judge Walton set bond at $20,000 OR plus GPS monitoring.

• Brandon L. McFann, 32, of 307 Township Road 169, Pedro, pleaded not guilty to one third-degree count of trafficking in drugs. Judge Walton set bond at $20,000 OR plus GPS monitoring.

• Joshua A. Gee, 27, of 412 N. Fifth St., Ironton, pleaded guilty to one fifth-degree count of trafficking in drugs. Judge Walton sentenced him to six months in prison.

• Patricia Layne, 32, of 2226 N. Seventh St., Ironton, pleaded not guilty to two fourth-degree counts and one third-degree count of trafficking in drugs. Judge Walton set bond at $20,000 cash or surety.

• Ronda Littlejohn, 44, of 33 Township Road 616, South Point, pleaded not guilty to two third-degree counts of trafficking in drugs. She signed a $40,000 OR bond that Judge Walton set.

• Amber D. Skaggs, 33, 904 N. Fifth St., Ironton, pleaded not guilty to one third-degree count of trafficking in drugs. Judge Walton set bond at $25,000 OR plus GPS monitoring.

•  Summer Kuhn, 61, of 448 County Road 105, Kitts Hill, pleaded not guilty to one fifth-degree count of possession of drugs. Judge Walton set bond at $20,000 OR.
