The Friends of Ironton are hosting an April Fools 5K Run/Walk at 9 a.m. Saturday, April 1.
“We decided that we wanted to do something for the spring as a fundraiser and as a way to do something for the community,” Suzie Hamlin, of the Friends of Ironton, said. “This is something that people of all ages can take part in and enjoy.”
The 5K will start and end at the Ro-Na Theater with participants running a route throughout parts of Ironton.
