To raise funds for Shop with a Cop, Ironton wrestling

The first annual Battle of the Badges basketball game is set to take place at 6 p.m. tonight at Ironton Middle School.

The game will feature the Ironton Police Department squaring off against the Ironton Fire Department with all proceeds being split between Shop with a Cop and the Ironton wrestling program.

“This is the first year we’re doing this, but we’re hoping that it will carry on,” Jamie Pruitt, with the Ironton Police Department, said.

Admission to the game is $3 for adults and $1 for students.
