The City of Ironton is reporting a water main break on Clark Street between 3^rd and 4^th streets. The Water Distribution Department is working on repairing it.

This type of break will produce discolored water and possible low pressure in the immediate area. The city asks people to be mindful of this when cooking or washing clothes.

There is no boil water advisory as of 2 p.m. but the city will update if a water advisory is put into place.
