HUNTINGTON, W.Va. (AP) – A Comair flight has landed safely at Tri-State Airport near Huntington after an indicator light showed a generating unit was overheated.

Airport operations manager Kevin Price says the flight was en route from Philadelphia to Cincinnati when it was diverted to Tri-State on Monday morning. The plane landed shortly after 8:30 a.m.

Price says the generating unit provides auxiliary power for lights, air conditioning and other equipment.
