A Pedro man who allegedly threatened two employees of the Lawrence County Sheriff’s Department was indicted this week by a Lawrence County grand jury.

According to a sheriff’s report, the incident happened March 7.

Ronald Koster, 66, of 357 County Road 16, was charged with two counts of third-degree retaliation and misdemeanor count of aggravated menacing.

According to the sheriff’s report, Koster allegedly called a woman on the phone and threatened to kill her husband and burn down their house. Koster then allegedly called the sheriff’s office several times and threatened staff.

The following are other indictments complied by the office of Prosecuting Attorney Brigham Anderson:

• Adam Crown, 39, of 74 Private Drive 6510, Kitts Hill, aggravated arson;

• Gregory Riggs, 24, 7685 State Route 243, South Point, burglary;

• Clayton Pate, 30, of 421 Private Road 1385, assault on a peace officer and aggravated menacing;

• Sherry Lynn Harbolt, 42, of 1021 S. Seventh St., Ironton, trafficking in drugs and endangering children.

There were also three men who were re-indicted for the purpose of correcting the date of the offense contained in the indictment.

Jason Adams, 32, of 116 Rowe St., Coal Grove, Edward Hampton Jr., 2398 County Road 181, Ironton, and Scott Lewis, 31, of 2108 S. Seventh St., Ironton, were all indicted on a single count of aggravated robbery.
