PINE GROVE — Hot weather hasn’t slowed down the Ladies Nine Hole Golf Association of the Ironton Country Club.

The group posted 11 different winners over the past two weeks as temperatures warmed up.

Two weeks ago, Cecilia Woods served as the hostess and served the breakfast treats as well as arranged the post-golf luncheon.

Woods also announced the daily winners: Sharon Fox, Betty Fraley, Pat Riggs, Jane Mains, Becky Dillow and Woods.

Mains handled all the hostess’ duties last week and announced the event winners at lunch: Pat Lambert, Nancy Livingston, Fox, Dillow and Mains.

Members are reminded that the Ringer Tournament and Handicap Tournament are continuing.

The group meets each Tuesday with a business meeting at 9 a.m. followed by golfing events at 9:30.

New members are always welcomed.
