Two Proctorville teens who were arrested after Fairland school officials found alleged threatening material on Instagram were indicted by a Lawrence County grand jury this week.

John Pacinhik and Samuel Patrick, both 18, and both with addresses listed as 179 Township Road 1233, were each charged with a second-degree felony count of complicity to inducing panic and inducing panic, respectively.

Pacinhik was additionally charged with a fourth-degree count of trafficking in marijuana.

The two were arrested on April 1 following a report from the Fairland School District that alleged “alarming material” had been posted through the social media site Instagram.

Search warrants were executed at homes on 179 Township Road 1233 (Orchard Drive) Proctorville and 121 Township Road 1105 (Demaria Street) at which time investigators collected storage and media devices, computers, cellular telephones, weapons, letters and notebooks, ammunition, marijuana, and drug paraphernalia.

Other indictments filed this week in the office of Lawrence County Prosecuting Attorney Brigham Anderson are:

• James E. Wolford, 36, of 1579 State Route 140, Oak Hill, was indicted on two third-degree counts of unlawful sexual conduct with a minor.

Wolford was arrested by the Lawrence County Sheriff’s Office on March 11 following the report from two 14-year-old girls that Wolford performed sex acts with them at his home;

• Four Michigan men arrested earlier this month at the Grandview Inn in South Point were also indicted on drug charges.

Dwight J. Torry, 37, of 14602 Fordham St., Detroit, was indicted on one fourth and two third-degree counts of trafficking in heroin, as well as a fifth-degree count of possession of a controlled substance and misdemeanor possession of drugs.

Nathaniel Clark, 26, of 13126 Prospect, Warren, was indicted on three charges of complicity to trafficking in heroin and complicity to possession of a controlled substance and possession of drugs.

Deantae Gray, 23, of 12617 Glenfield St., Detroit, and Tyron Loyd, 33, with an address listed at the Grandview Inn, 154 County Road 450 Room 11, were each charged with two third-degree counts of trafficking in heroin;

• Keion C. Looney, 29, of 260 Cedardale St., Pontiac, Michigan, failure to appear;

• Marquies Y. Bell, 18, of 121406 Maiden St., Detroit, Michigan, trafficking in heroin;

• Autumn K. Edwards, 29, of 31 Township Road 287, Chesapeake, complicity to burglary;

• Cody McDonald, 21, of 19 Township Road 31, Chesapeake, felonious assault, misdemeanor assault;

• Cameron M. Brewer, 25, of 45 Private Drive 129, Chesapeake, burglary;

• Michael L. Mason, 26, of 311 Elaine Court, Huntington, three counts of trafficking in heroin;

• Carlos Dixon, 45, of 11176 Corbett St., Detroit, three counts of trafficking in heroin;

• Gary A. Johnson, 42, of 2220 Artisan Ave., Huntington, receiving stolen property, possession of drugs, misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia and misdemeanor OVI;

• Robert R. Gorby, 61, of 58 Township Road 1057, Proctorville, failure to comply with the order or signal of a police officer theft;

• Bradney A. Adkins, 31, of 523 Township Road 98, South Point, two counts of burglary;

• Tracy McDonald, 45, of 19 Township Road 31, Chesapeake, assault on a peace officer;

• Thurman Harshbarger, 37, of 85 Township Road 311, Ironton, failure to appear, escape, tampering with evidence.
