— Former workers of the Kresge store in Ironton are sought for a reunion, set for 5 p.m. on March 20 at a location to be announced. Those who were employed at the store are asked to call Sue Lunsford at 740-532-5689 for more information.

— The Aid Township Trustees year-end financial report is complete and on file. It is ready for public viewing at the fiscal officer’s home.

— The Aid Township Trustees will hold their regular monthly meetings at 8 a.m. on the third Saturday of each month at the Aid Volunteer Fire Department.

— The Lawrence Soil and Water Conservation District is taking orders for its annual tree sale. Orders will be taken until Wednesday, Feb. 19. For information, please call the office at 740-867-4737. The brochure can also be found on our webpage at www.lawrenceswcd.com or picked up at the Lawrence SWCD Office in Linnville, 5459 State Route 217, Willow Wood.

— 2020 dog tags are on sale through Feb. 29. The price is $16 per dog, $12 per spayed/neutered dog or $48 for a three-year tag per dog. All dogs must be tagged. Tags are available at the following locations: Lawrence County Auditor’s Office, Lawrence County Animal Shelter, Jim’s Gun Shop, Dickess Market, South Point Storage and Pine Tree Carry Out.

— If you are planning a project that will result in the discharge of dredge or fill material into a lake, stream and/or wetland, you may need a permit from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and Ohio EPA. Please join Rachel Taulbee from the Ohio EPA to learn more about the requirements on Tuesday, March 17 at the Joint Response Operations Center, 715 Lane St., Coal Grove, from 10 a.m.-noon. — The Village of Coal Grove’s annual financial report for 2019 is complete and ready for viewing, during regular business hours, in the fiscal officer’s office at Coal Grove Town Hall, 513 Carlton Davidson Lane, Coal Grove.

— The draft statement ending June 30, 2019, has been completed and is available for public inspection at the Ironton City Board of Education office, 105 S. Fifth St., Ironton. Office hours are 8 a.m.-4 p.m.

— Upper Township 2019 annual financial report is complete and available for viewing at the township office by contacting Tyler Walters, fiscal officer at 740-532-8551.

— Upper Township Trustees regularly scheduled meetings for 6 p.m. on the fourth Monday of each month at the township firehouse.

— Windsor Township Trustees’ 2019 annual financial report is complete and available for viewing at the home of the fiscal officer.

— Lawrence County Developmental Disabilities holds its monthly board meetings at 6 p.m. on the second Tuesday of the month at the board office, 604 Carlton Davidson Lane, Coal Grove.

— The South Point Village Council will hold its meetings at 7 p.m. on the first Tuesday of the month at the Village Hall, 415 Solida Rd., South Point.

— The Lawrence Township Trustees’ 2019 annual financial report is complete and available for review at the office of the fiscal officer.

– Lawrence Township Trustees will meet on the second Monday of the month at 4:15 p.m. at the Kitts Hill Fire Department.

— The Village of South Point’s 2019 annual financial report is complete and available at the office of the fiscal officer, located at 415 Solida Rd, South Point.

— Mason Township Trustees will meet on the second Saturday of the month at 7 a.m. at the Wilgus Grange Hall.

— Mason Township Trustees’ 2019 annual financial report is complete and available for viewing at the home of the fiscal officer.

— The Village of Hanging Rock’s 2019 annual financial report is complete and available for viewing at the clerk’s office, 400 Main St., Hanging Rock, during regular business hours.

— The financial statements of the Chesapeake Union Exempted Village School District for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2019 are now available for review.

— Coal Grove Village Council meets at 6 p.m. the second and fourth Thursday of the month at the town hall.
