WDRC seeking summer employers

IRONTON — The Workforce Development Resource Center Youth Opportunity Program will be offering its service to community business owners who may need some extra help this summer.

Starting May 1, any business that would like help moving forward during these tough economic times with a few extra employees.

The WDRC program will pay the wages for this help.

The Youth Opportunity Program is looking for worksites to place participants during the six weeks or possibly longer they are employed.

The business’ responsibility would be to promote a positive work environment.
