SP girls outlast Tigers

So, you like offense?

There was plenty of hitting and runs scored as the South Point Lady Pointers outlasted the Ironton Lady Fighting Tigers 14-11 on Tuesday.

South Point had 17 hits while Ironton banged out 14. However, the Lady Pointers had five errors and Ironton was guilty of 10 errors.

Sylvia Griffith was 3-6 with a double and a home run for the Lady Pointers. Andi Kleinman 3-5 was with a double, Haley Rawlins 2-3 with two doubles, Hannah Carey 2-5 with two doubles, and Halie Powell and Kaitlyn Brown were both 2-5.

Meghan Taylor went 4-4 with a home run to lead the Lady Tigers. Andi Kratzenberg was 3-6 with a double, Taylor Hannan 2-5, and Karlee McMackin had a triple and Taylor Monk a double.
