ASHLAND, Ky. — Leonard M. Grizzle, 82, of Ashland, Ky., died Friday, March 18, 2011, at Community Hospice Care Center. He is survived by his wife, Beatrice Hickman Grizzle. Funeral service will be 1 p.m. at Carman Funeral Home, Flatwoods, Ky. Visitation will be 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Kentucky Veterans Cemetery, Greenup County, Ky.
