CINCINNATI — The Cincinnati Reds Thursday returned from a rehabilitation assignment, reinstated from the 10-day injured list and optioned to Louisville RHP Tyler Mahle.
Also, the Reds placed on the 10-day injured list, retroactive to Monday, outfielder Jesse Winker with a strained cervical.
A corresponding 25-man roster move will be made Friday to replace Winker.
