PINE GROVE — And the streak continues.
Yet another hostess for the Ironton Ladies Nine Hole Golf Association was able to do her duties and find time for some winning golf during Tuesday’s weekly outing.
Hostess Pat Lambert conducted the brief business meeting and served breakfast treats before announcing the day’s events.
At the conclusion of play, the women retreated to the clubhouse for lunch where Lambert announced the day’s event winners.
Sharon Fox and Becky Dillow didn’t need to be a hostess in order to play well as each racked up two event wins. Pat Riggs won one event as did — you guessed it — Pat Lambert.
Next week Dillow will serve as hostess.
New members are always welcomed and persons do not have to be members of the Ironton County Club to be part of the Ladies Nine Hole League and play the nine-hole course in Pine Grove.
