ASHLAND, Ky. — The House of Grace Christian Church in Ashland is hosting a youth concert tonight at the RoNa that will feature the bands LNYX and Atta Boy as well as pastor Gerardo Mejia’s daughter Nadia Mejia opening up for the bands.

“We wanted to just go outside of the usual and let kids know there are ways to go out and have fun and enjoy music without getting into trouble with drugs and things like that,” Gerardo Mejia said. “We wanted to make this as little religious as possible. Our ministry is to try to relate to young kids and this is a way for them to have a good time with their families.”

The concert will begin at 7 p.m. and will last a little more than two hours, Mejia said.
