Claudia Lehn, 75 of South Point, died Thursday, Dec. 21, 2017, at her home.
She was born April 25, 1942, in Ashland, Kentucky, a daughter of the late Arnold Elmo Blankenship and Edith Mae Sparks Blankenship.
Claudia worked as a registered nurse for many years and enjoyed playing the piano and singing at her church.
She is survived by her husband, Joe Lehn; her three children, Teresa Lehn, of Chesapeake, Stephen Mark Lehn, of Kitts Hill, and Jonathan Eric Lehn, of Charleston, South Carolina; one sister, Karen Johnson, of Chickamauga, Georgia; four grandchildren, Stephanie Kendrick, Derrik Conley, Blake Conley and Cole Lehn; three great-grandchildren, Miles Kendrick, Emma Conley and Grace Conley; two step-grandchildren, Madalyn and Chelsea; and one step-great-grandchild, Rowan.
Memorial Service will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at Slack and Wallace Funeral Home, South Point, with pastor Dale Simpson officiating. Condolences to the family may be expressed at www.slackandwallace.com.
